We are pleased to inform that MATRADE and Union of Myanmar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) will be co-organising the Showcase Malaysia exhibition in Yangon, Myanmar from 18th to 21st October 2012.

The exhibition is aimed at providing exhibitors an opportunity to explore business opportunities available in the emerging market of Myanmar and to establish business network with local business decision makers and Government officials.

The fee is RM8,000.00 for a standard shell scheme booth of 9 sq meters. Please click the link below for registration:

Note:
Exhibitors are require to make own travelling arrangement. ACCCIM Secretariat will assist members of Constituent Chambers the necessary flight and accommodation arrangement upon request. Visa is required for entering Myanmar.

Due to heavy booking and huge crowd entering Myanmar since 2011, companies are advised to confirm as early as possible. The closing date for registration is 2nd August 2012.

2. Display of Products and Services Catalogue at ACCCIM Booths
In conjunction with the Programme Showcase Malaysia at Myanmar, ACCCIM is setting up 2 booths for members to display their products and services catalogue / company profiles / enquiries form during the Exhibition.

ACCCIM will engage 2 local Myanmar coordinators to assist in making telephone calls to local entrepreneurs according to your industry (3 weeks in advance before the exhibition) and disseminating these catalogues.

The ACCCIM will need to pay the local Myanmar coordinators for their services. In this connection, we are charging an administration fee of RM1,000.00 for Malaysian entrepreneurs who wish to display their catalogues at ACCCIM booths.

The catalogues will be carried to the exhibition by ACCCIM Secretariat staff. The weight limit is 3kg per company. The registration form for display products and services catalogues at ACCCIM booths is enclosed as Annex 3. We sincerely hoped that you can be there in person to make use of the facilities to meet with potential partners or to nominate someone from your esteemed company to attend the enquiries / business matching on your behalf.
