备注 Remarks:

• 华人占股一半以上商号，方得申请成为本会会员。
  Only companies where Chinese hold the major share are to apply for membership of the chamber.
• 个人会员必须是马来西亚公民。
  Individual member must be a Malaysian citizen.
• 普通会员： 商团，商号，公司，个人入会基金RM20.00，普通会员费 RM200.00.
  Ordinary member: For trade Association, firm, company, individual member entrance is RM20.00 and annual subscription fee is RM200.00.
• 永久会员： 商团，商号，公司，个人入会基金RM20.00，普通会员费 RM1500.00.
  Life member: For trade Association, firm, company, individual member entrance is RM20.00 and annual subscription fee is RM1500.00.
• 附属会员：商团、商号、公司、个人入会费RM 5,000， 常年会费RM 1,000.
  Associate Member : For Trade Association, Firm, Company, Individual Member Entrance RM5000.00 and Annual Subscription Fee is RM1000.00.
• 卓越会员I星 / II星 / III星：商团、商号、公司、个人入会费RM300，常年会费为RM10,000（I星），RM20,000（II 星），RM50,000（III星）.
  Eminent Members : I Star / II Star / III Star For Trade Association, Firm, Company, Individual Member Entrance RM300. I Star Annual Subscription RM10000. II Star Annual Subscription RM20000. III Star Annual Subscription RM50000.
• 有限公司请附上表格 9, 24 或年度报告(影印本)，独资企业或合资企业，请附上表格(影印本)。
  Please attached form 9, 24 (or Annual Return) and 49, for Sdn. Bhd. and Form D (SSM) for Sole Proprietor, Enterprises and partnership.
