NON-PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (NPCO) ENDORSEMENT

We would like to draw your attention that the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has notified that all applicants who wish to apply for Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin (NPCO) for Transshipment & Back to back , the applicants have to provide the ORIGINAL C.O.of exporting country (issued by Government Authority or Authorised Chamber) as supporting document for the application. Besides, kindly take note that the Chamber will only process the application of NPCO for Transshipmen & Back to back for Chamber’s Members only with immediate effect.

 

Please also take note that all C.O applicants MUST provide the Custom Declaration Form (K2 Form) together with the custom receipt (K2 Receipt). Application with the only custom chit (K2 Chit) will not be accepted. Moreover, the applicants have to provide monitoring sheet for portion shipment.
