NOTICE OF KCCCI 75th (2021) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF COUNCIL MEMBERS FOR THE TERM OF 2021-2024

 

Notice is hereby given that KCCCI 75th (2021) Annual General Meeting and Election of Council Members for the term of 2021-2024 will be held as scheduled below:

 

Date         :   18 September 2021 (Saturday)

Time         :   10.00am

Platform   :   ZOOM

 

All members are requested to attend this meeting.

巴生中总“携手医院，挽救更多生命”活动218台制氧机招标邀请

本会已于日前正式启动巴生中总“携手医院，挽救更多生命”活动，向会员和巴生的商家筹募以购买和捐赠医院所需的设备。

 

谨此公开诚邀持有符合以下条件的制氧机制造商或供应商投标上述活动。

 

1.     所需设备如下:

a)     168台5公升制氧机

b)    50台10公升制氧机

c)     以上将依据实际数量而更动

 

2.     价格需包含来往巴生谷内医院的所有运费

 

3.     价格需包含以下测试:

a)     执行测试和调试（T&C）Perfomed Testing and Commissioning(T&C)

b)    电气安全测试Electrical Safety Test

c)     功能测试Function Test

d)    流量测试Flow Test

e)     氧气分析仪测试Oxygen Analyzer Test

 

4.     也包含3年保修( 包括预防性维护服务和包含所有消耗品和零件)

5.     拥有MDA 大马医疔器械管理局的认证

6.     竞标者需提供上述制氧机数量的最佳出货日期

7.     竞标者需提出最优的付款条件

8.     竞标者需提供经销商授权信

9.     竞标者需提供过去5年向马来西亚医院供应制氧机的来往记录

 

10.  竞标者需要提供以下文件:

a)     公司简历

b)    产品资料

c)     MDA 大马医疔器械管理局的证书

d)    经销商授权信

e)     产品来往记录

f)     完整的竞标表格 (Tender Data Sheet)

 

凡有意竞标者，请于2021年8月12日上午9时正起至2021年8月17日中午12时正前 提交至本会秘书处。所有提交必须在密封信封中完成并放入投标箱。信封上需注明:

Invitation To Tender For 218 Units Of Oxygen Concentrators For “KCCCI Together With Our Hospitals To Save More Lives” Campaign

KCCCI has recently launched the “KCCCI Together With Our Hospitals To Save More Lives” Campaign to raise funds from among KCCCI members and the business communities within Klang, to purchase and donate the equipment which are required by the selected Hospitals.

 

We are pleased to invite qualified and competent companies to tender for the supply of 218 Units of Oxygen Concentrators, with the following terms and conditions:

1.    Equipment requirement as follows:

a)    168 Units of 5-Litre Oxygen Concentrators.

b)    50 Units of 10-Litre Oxygen Concentrators.

c)    Above quantities may vary according to actual requirement.

 

2.    Prices quoted to include all Transportation Cost to Hospitals within Klang Valley.

 

3.    Prices quoted to include the following tests which are to be carried out at Hospitals:

a)    Testing and Commissioning(T&C)

b)    Electrical Safety Test

c)    Function Test

d)    Flow Test

e)    Oxygen Analyzer Test

 

4.    3 years Comprehensive Warranty Period, which includes Preventive Maintenance Services & All Consumables and Parts during the period.

5.    Valid Certificate from the Medical Device Authority (MDA) of Malaysia.

6.    Bidder to offer the best Schedule of Delivery.

7.    Bidder to offer the most attractive Payment Term.

8.    Bidder to attach Support Letter / Dealership Authorization Letter from its Principal.

9.    Track Records / Project Reference Lists of Oxygen Concentrators supplied to Hospitals in Malaysia in the Past 5 Years.

 

10.  Bidders are required to submit the following documents along with the Bid:

a)    Company Profile

b)    Product Catalog

c)    Medical Device Authority (MDA) certificate

d)    Dealership Authorization Letter

e)    Track Record/Project Reference List

f)     Duly filled Tender Data Sheet as per attached Excel Spreadsheet.

 

Interested Manufacturers or Suppliers are to submit their bids to the KCCCI Secretariat from 12th Aug 2021, 9am to 17th Aug 2021, 12pm.

 

All submission must be done in a Sealed Envelope and to be deposited into the KCCCI Tender Box within the above timeline. Sealed Envelopes are be marked as follows:
