“微利的年代 – 如何保住企业的盈利”- 2014年马来西亚经贸巡回讲座

 

由台湾侨务委员会主办，台北驻马来西亚代表处协办，马来西亚中华总商会 (中总) 主催的2014年马来西亚经贸巡回讲座，将在2014年9月22日至28日期间，在马来西亚各州巡回举行 (有关时间表可参阅中总网站)。

 

今年的讲座主题为“微利的年代 – 如何保住企业的盈利”，讲师是台湾中兴大学财务金融系杨声勇教授。杨教授为美国Drexel 大学财务金融博士，专长于企业策略与财务、国际趋势与投资及风险评估与管理等领域，并多次应邀至各企业与工商协会等机构进行辅导、训练与授课，企业辅导经验丰富。

这是中总及其属会第4次联办台湾侨务委员会的经贸巡回讲座，今年的主讲内容着重于让企业在各项营运成本高涨的时代，找出营运成本中的每一个细节，建立有效的成本管理，同时塑造員工的多功能性，让每一名员工充分发挥，以确保企业的盈利不受影响。
