缅甸议会周五批准了外界期待已久的外国投资法，希望为全球性公司就进入缅甸长期以来禁止外国公司参与的多个领域确定规则，新的法案放弃了多个可能阻吓外国投资的条款，但是最终结果还是被认为不及很多大企业希望得到的进展。
