2014巴生义乌友好城市国际商品展销会已圆满举行。这是巴生与义乌缔结友好城市后，为深化两地经济领域合作而举办的首届经贸展会。展会共吸引1千家大马海內外企业，采购商齐聚一堂，参与巴生有史以來最大的展销会，场面盛況热闹，展销会也缔造了至少3千万令吉的潜在贸易额。到访的采购商除了来自东协国家，如印尼、泰国、菲律宾、柬埔寨、越南和新加坡以外，还有南亚国家，如印度、孟加拉和巴基斯坦及中东阿拉伯国家的采购商。商品展聚焦东盟市场，向国际买家展现本地企业及产品，并开发国际清真市场。

为了进一步深化两地及马中之间的贸易与投资, 本会将于2015年12月4日至6日，假巴生GM批发城举办“第一届马来西亚巴生国际展览会暨笫3届巴生义乌友好城市国际商品展”。

INVITATION TO ATTEND THE 1ST MALAYSIA KLANG INTERNATIONAL EXPO & 3RD (2015) KLANG YIWU FRIENDSHIP CITIES INTERNATIONAL COMMODITIES EXHIBITION

The Klang-Yiwu Friendship Cities International Commodities Expo held from December 5-7, 2014 had come to a successful conclusion. The event attracted over 10,000 visitors, 1,000 enterprises and buyers from Malaysia and overseas, making it the largest trade fair ever held in Klang. A total of 263 commercial units participated in the expo while 1,000 business entities took part in the business matching sessions, generating potential trade valued at about RM30.0 million. The fair was attended by buyers from ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Singapore; South-Asian countries such as India, Bangladesh and Pakistan; Middle Eastern and Arab nations. KYICE walks into the world by focusing on ASEAN Market and featuring products to international buyer.

To further deepen the comprehensive economic and trade cooperation between Malaysia and China to expand trade and investment between the two countries, the Chamber has scheduled to organize the 1st Malaysia Klang International Expo & 3rd (2015) Klang Yiwu Friendship Cities International Commodities Exhibition on 4-6 December, 2015 at GM Klang Wholesale City. ～人民币合格境外机构投资者及政府债券

讲座

中国国务院总理李克强阁下日前出席东亚合作领导人系列会议并对马来西亚进行正式访问，宣布中国将落实三大措施来巩固马中金融，包括继续根据市场原则购买大马国债，在大马发放人民币债券，以及为我国提供高达500亿人民币的“人民币境外合格投资者”（RQFII），增强市场信心。

大马工商界得此消息后无不感到兴高采烈。马来西亚国家银行和马来西亚证券委员会也在11月24日发表声明，对中国宣布向马方提供500亿元人民币合格境外机构投资者（RQFII）额度表示欢迎。

有鉴于此，中总和中国银行定于2015年12月2日（星期三），下午3时30分至6时，在吉隆坡安邦路中华总商会大厦成枫堂联合主办“人民币合格境外机构投资者及政府债券”讲座，让商家对此重要措施有更深入的了解和认识。

中总总会长拿督戴良业和中国驻马来西亚大使馆吴政平经济商务参赞受邀致词，主讲人为马来西亚中国银行行长王宏伟先生和中总中央理事白文春先生。讲座将以中英文进行，入场免费。

ACCCIM and Bank of China to Jointly Organise

Premier Li Keqiang Announced Three Mutually Beneficial Measures to Strengthen Malaysia and China’s Financial Market

Talk on RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RFQII) & Treasury Bonds

H.E. Mr. Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China during the recent official visit to Malaysia for East Asian leaders’ meetings has announced that China will implement three measures to strengthen Malaysia and China’s Financial Market. These include China will invest more in Malaysia’s treasury bonds, issuing Renminbi-denominated bonds in Malaysia and providing Malaysia with a RMB 50 billion quota under the RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RQFII) program to boost market confidence.

Malaysian business community are delighted after the announcement. Bank Negara Malaysia and Securities Commission Malaysia have released statements on 24th November to express their welcome and support of the decision to extend the RQFII programme to Malaysia with an aggregate quota of RMB 50 billion.

At this juncture, we are pleased to inform that the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) and Bank of China Malaysia will be jointly organising a “Talk on RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RFQII) & Treasury Bonds” on 2nd December 2015, from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm at the Seng Peng Hall, Wisma Chinese Chamber, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur with the objective to enable the business community to have a better understanding and knowledge on these important measures.

Datuk Ter Leong Yap, President of ACCCIM and Mr. Wu Zhengping, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Malaysia are invited to deliver speeches. The main speakers are Mr. Wang Hongwei, Chief Executive Officer, Bank of China Malaysia and Mr. Peck Boon Soon, National Council Member of ACCCIM. Talk will be conducted in Chinese and English, and admission is free of charge.

第五届马中企业家大会开幕仪式及联欢晚宴

马来西亚中国总商会订于2015年11月7日在马来西亚雪兰莪州沙亚南银禧大礼堂举办第五届马中企业家大会。此次大会主题为“拓展现代海丝路，构建和谐东盟区”。

预计1500名来自马来西亚、中国及东盟政府高官、外交使节、商协会领导以及企业界人士将出席这项盛会，一起探讨共建海上丝绸路，将马中经贸合作关系推向另一个高峰，缔造双赢胜局。出席贵宾包括雪兰莪州州务大臣阿兹敏阿里、交通部长YB拿督期里廖中莱及中国驻马特命全权大使黄惠康阁下。

尽管消费税推行至今已半年，不少商家仍对其细节一知半解，巴生中总总商会为此特别成立消费税小组，由即日起协助商家解决消费税“疑难杂症”。

消费税小组负责人兼巴生中华总商会商务暨财经研究组副主任李伟丞表示，小组将在收集商家问题后，由本会负责为商家解答。

此论坛由马来西亚国家银行(Bank Negara Malaysia)举办，主题为”展望电子支付”，旨在提升公众对支付卡应用的意识及加强对支付卡系统的了解，届时商家也将分享他们成功采用电子支付的经验。论坛将分为两个环节：

（一）支付卡在企业的采用（上午）

主要对象为将接受支付卡为付费系统的商家。

（二）企业运用网上银行和以支付卡缴付政府征费（下午）

主要对象为欲加强现金管理及有效地支付政府费用的企业。

国家银行要求中总于每个环节各邀请50位会员商家出席。敬请各属会将讯息传达予会员商家以鼓励出席为盼。

The Forum and Exhibition is organised by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) with theme “Moving Forward with e-Payments”, aimed at creating awareness and providing exposure to the participants on the payment cards landscape in Malaysia as well as sharing of experience by merchants that have successfully adopted e-payments in their businesses. The forum will focus on the following two areas:

(a) Payment Card Acceptance by Merchant (morning session)

Targeted to merchants with potential to accept payment cards in their businesses.

(b) Corporate Internet Banking and Statutory Payment to Government (afternoon session)

Targeted to corporates to give an exposure on cash management and effective means of making statutory payments to government.

ACCCIM is requested by BNM to invite 50 members to attend the Forum and Exhibition for each session. Constituent Chambers are requested to disseminate the information to members so as to encourage participation.
