The 6th International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition and Conference Malaysia (IGEM) 2015 will be held from 9 - 12 Sept 2015 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The event is organised by the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water. IGEM 2015 is a platform for industry stakeholders to showcase their latest innovation and creative development on green technology and eco products for sustainable consumption and production.
 
In conjunction with IGEM 2015, the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) will provide consultation services during the MIDA Business Consultation session from 9 -12 Sept 2015 and deliver presentations on investment opportunities in green technology and biomass industries at the Green Talks sessions on 10 and 11 Sept 2015.
 
The MIDA Business Consultation session will provide opportunities for companies to meet with MIDA officials to obtain updates and seek advice on government policies, incentives, facilities and support services available for local and foreign investors. The session will focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency, green transport, green building materials, waste and waste water recycling, waste treatment and etc.
 
MIDA is the government’s principal agency for the development and promotion of the manufacturing and selected services sectors in Malaysia. MIDA also evaluates applications for Manufacturing Licence, tax incentives, expatriate posts, and import duty exemptions on raw materials, components, machinery and equipment in the manufacturing and selected services sectors.
 
Green Talks sessions will be the platform for MIDA to disseminate information and to engage with companies interested to invest in the manufacturing and services sectors. MIDA’s presentation at Green Talks will cover information on opportunities for investment as well as guidelines, rules and regulations with special focus on incentives and facilities available for green projects and activities.

2015年马来西亚地区巡回经贸专题讲座

由侨务委员会指导,台北驻马来西亚代表处协导,马来西亚中华总商会 (中总) 主办的2015年马来西亚地区巡回经贸讲座。今年的讲座主题为“产品创新 – 中小企业之根”,讲师是台湾元智大学管理学院专任助理教授兼EMBA副主任的刘恒逸助理教授。刘助理教授于2004年获得国立台湾大学国际企业管理博士,专长于策略管理与国际企业经营策略领域之专业研究,应邀出席各企业与工协会等机构进行辅导、训练以及授课。
 
这是中总及其属会第5次联办侨务委员会的巡回经贸专题讲座,今年的主讲内容着重于让企业在随着消费者需求多样化、产品寿命周期逐渐缩短等影响下,通过解析成功个案,比照先进企业的产品创新手法,让企业在先进社会持续获取市场先机,在同行脱颖而出。
 
首场讲座将在2015年9月4日上午9时30分至中午12时30分,在中总研讨室 (Seminar Room, 6th Floor, Wisma Chinese Chamber, 258, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur) 举行。报名费为每人60令吉(含消费税)。
