李克强总理宣布三大互利措施巩固马中金融

～ 人民币合格境外机构投资者及政府债券

中国国务院总理李克强阁下日前出席东亚合作领导人系列会议并对马来西亚进行正式访问，宣布中国将落实三大措施来巩固马中金融，包括继续根据市场原则购买大马国债，在大马发放人民币债券，以及为我国提供高达500亿人民币的“人民币境外合格投资者”（RQFII），增强市场信心。

 

大马工商界得此消息后无不感到兴高采烈。马来西亚国家银行和马来西亚证券委员会也在11月24日发表声明，对中国宣布向马方提供500亿元人民币合格境外机构投资者（RQFII）额度表示欢迎。

 

有鉴于此，中总和中国银行定于2015年12月2日（星期三），下午3时30分至6时，在吉隆坡安邦路中华总商会大厦成枫堂联合主办“人民币合格境外机构投资者及政府债券”讲座，让商家对此重要措施有更深入的了解和认识。

         

中总总会长拿督戴良业和中国驻马来西亚大使馆吴政平经济商务参赞受邀致词，主讲人为马来西亚中国银行行长王宏伟先生和中总中央理事白文春先生。讲座将以中英文进行，入场免费。

ACCCIM and Bank of China to Jointly Organise

Premier Li Keqiang Announced Three Mutually Beneficial Measures to Strengthen Malaysia and China’s Financial Market

Talk on RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RFQII) & Treasury Bonds

 

H.E. Mr. Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China during the recent official visit to Malaysia for East Asian leaders’ meetings has announced that China will implement three measures to strengthen Malaysia and China’s Financial Market. These include China will invest more in Malaysia’s treasury bonds, issuing Renminbi-denominated bonds in Malaysia and providing Malaysia with a RMB 50 billion quota under the RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RQFII) program to boost market confidence.

 

Malaysian business community are delighted after the announcement. Bank Negara Malaysia and Securities Commission Malaysia have released statements on 24th November to express their welcome and support of the decision to extend the RQFII programme to Malaysia with an aggregate quota of RMB 50 billion.

 

At this juncture, we are pleased to inform that the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) and Bank of China Malaysia will be jointly organising a “Talk on RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RFQII) & Treasury Bonds” on 2nd December 2015, from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm at the Seng Peng Hall, Wisma Chinese Chamber, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur with the objective to enable the business community to have a better understanding and knowledge on these important measures.

         

Datuk Ter Leong Yap, President of ACCCIM and Mr. Wu Zhengping, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Malaysia are invited to deliver speeches. The main speakers are Mr. Wang Hongwei, Chief Executive Officer, Bank of China Malaysia and Mr. Peck Boon Soon, National Council Member of ACCCIM. Talk will be conducted in Chinese and English, and admission is free of charge.
