会员费调整事项通告

ANNOUNCEMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES ADJUSTMENT

 

本会已于2020年8月8日的第74届常年会员大会通过调整会费的章程，并于2020年10月28日获得社团注册局的批准，经2021年1月22日第15次董事会议决，自2021年3月1日起会费将做以下调整：

普通会员：入会基金：RM300， 常年会费将调整如下：

 

i. 个人、独资企业者、商号、商团及缴足资本低于RM2,500,000.00的公司一律为RM250.00。

ii. 缴足资本达RM2,500,000.00 或以上的公司的年度会员费为RM 500.00。

 

同时，章程也规定董事会有权暂停或终止接纳任何级别的新会员籍，或把其会员籍转为其他类别，因此，自2021年3月1日起将停止接受永久会员籍，原有永久会员不受影响。

若是普通会员想要转换为永久会员，请于2021年2月28日前缴交永久会员费RM1,500及完整的会员申请表格。请划线支票，抬头注明：Klang Chinese Chamber Of Commerce And Industry，汇款至CIMB Bank: 800-346-1632或寄至本会。请在支票背面注明您的会员编号, 公司名字及联络电话。

At the KCCCI 74th Annual General Meeting in 8th August 2020 were consented to adjust the membership fee, and approved by Registry of Societies (ROS) in 28th October 2020. Moreover, the 15th Council meeting of KCCCI in 22nd January 2021 decided that, membership fees will make the adjustments from 1st March 2021 as following :

Ordinary Member: Entrance Fee: RM300, the annual subscription shall be as follows:

 

i.      For individuals, sole proprietors, firms, trade organisations and companies whose paid up capital is less than RM2,500,000.00, the annual subscription fee is RM250.00.

ii.       For companies whose paid up capital is RM2,500,000.00 or more, the annual subscription fee is RM 500.00.

 

Meanwhile, Constitution mentioned the Council shall be entitled to admit suspend or cease the admission of any new member in any class of membership or convert member from one class to the other. Therefore, staring from 1st March 2021, will stop accepting Life Membership, existing life members will remain.

 

Ordinary Members who wish to transfer to Life Members, please make your Life Members Subscription Fee RM1,500 and submit the complete Life Membership Application Form before 28th February 2021. All cheque must be crossed and payable to Klang Chinese Chamber Of Commerce and Industry，either bank in to CIMB BANK: 800-346-1632 or send to KCCCI. Please state your Membership Number, Company name and Contact Number on the reverse side of the cheque.
