财政部长林冠英先生在国会提呈2019年财政预算案时，宣布从2018年11月3日至2019年6月30日，推出特别自愿申报计划（Special Voluntary Disclosure Programme，SVDP），鼓励纳税人在宽限期内自愿补税，仅罚款10%至15%.
内陆税收局已在去年杪开始，发出信函通知各纳税者有关此计划。为了增进商家对此特别资源申报计划的了解，并鼓励他们参与，内陆税收局将与中总及马来西亚特许税务机构 (CTIM) 合作，在全国各地举行说明会，为各地商家讲解此特别自愿申报计划。
