2014巴生义乌友好城市国际商品展销会已圆满举行。这是巴生与义乌缔结友好城市后，为深化两地经济领域合作而举办的首届经贸展会。展会共吸引1千家大马海內外企业，采购商齐聚一堂，参与巴生有史以來最大的展销会，场面盛況热闹，展销会也缔造了至少3千万令吉的潜在贸易额。到访的采购商除了来自东协国家，如印尼、泰国、菲律宾、柬埔寨、越南和新加坡以外，还有南亚国家，如印度、孟加拉和巴基斯坦及中东阿拉伯国家的采购商。商品展聚焦东盟市场，向国际买家展现本地企业及产品，并开发国际清真市场。

INVITATION TO ATTEND THE 1ST MALAYSIA KLANG INTERNATIONAL EXPO & 3RD  (2015) KLANG YIWU FRIENDSHIP CITIES INTERNATIONAL COMMODITIES EXHIBITION

 

The Klang-Yiwu Friendship Cities International Commodities Expo held from December 5-7, 2014 had come to a successful conclusion. The event attracted over 10,000 visitors, 1,000 enterprises and buyers from Malaysia and overseas, making it the largest trade fair ever held in Klang. A total of 263 commercial units participated in the expo while 1,000 business entities took part in the business matching sessions, generating potential trade valued at about RM30.0 million. The fair was attended by buyers from ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Singapore; South-Asian countries such as India, Bangladesh and Pakistan; Middle Eastern and Arab nations. KYICE walks into the world by focusing on ASEAN Market and featuring products to international buyer.

 

To further deepen the comprehensive economic and trade cooperation between Malaysia and China to expand trade and investment between the two countries, the Chamber has scheduled to organize the 1st Malaysia Klang International Expo & 3rd  (2015) Klang Yiwu Friendship Cities International Commodities Exhibition on 4-6 December, 2015 at GM Klang Wholesale City. Implementation of Guidelines for the issuance of Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin

 

In order to regulate the issuance of certificate of Origin, Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has added and streamlined the existing guidelines for a more effective system of issuing Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin. The New Guidelines are aimed at elimination cheating and forgery of Certification of Origin.

They have been implemented on 1 June 2008.

 

Under the new guidelines, there are new procedures that have to be adhered by manufacturers, exporters or traders to obtain Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin. Kindly submit the check list document every 1st January of the year before applying Certificate of Origin.
