中总法律组订于2014年11月25日（星期二），上午9时正假IP Academy Ballroom, Level 12A, Tower B, Menara UOA Bangsar, No. 5 Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, 59000 Kuala Lumpur主办中小型企业知识产权研讨会。

 

此研讨会的目的是要宣传并提供有关知识产权的最新信息予工商界，从而了解知识产权对其业务的影响，尤其是中小型企业界，对此课题所知甚少。更重要的是，有些企业并不了解自己显著的知识产权对其业务扮演的举足轻重的角色。希望此研讨会能让各参加者对知识产权的各个方面课题有进一步的了解，包括如何实施及其影响。

 

此研讨会将汇集几位专业主讲人针对中小型企业及知识产权之课题提供专业知识。此研讨会的媒介语为英文。随函附上宣传册子及报名表格供参阅。研讨会报名费为属会会员每人RM50，非会员每人RM100，报名截止日期为2014年11月21日。

The ACCCIM Legal Affairs Committee is organising a Conference on Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Intellectual Property (IP) on the following date, time and venue:

 

Date    : 25th November 2014

Time   : 9:00am – 4:30pm

Venue : IP Academy Ballroom

              Level 12A, Tower B, Menara UOA Bangsar

  No. 5 Jalan Bangsar Utama 1

  59000 Kuala Lumpur.

 

The main objective of this Conference is to promote awareness and provide latest information on IP to business community, so as to understand the IP rights and the effects on their businesses. Most of the businesses and industries, especially SMEs, may not be aware of their significant IP rights. More importantly, they may be ignorant of the fact that IP rights played a pivotal role on their businesses. Hopefully, the Conference will also help to clarify various aspects of IP rights including how the implementation and implications.

 

This Conference will bring together few speakers to express their expert opinion and to address the various points of view on IP Rights and SMEs.

 

English will be used as the main medium at the Conference. Enclosed herewith the brochure and registration form of the Conference for your reference. The admission fee for members is RM 50 per person; non-members is RM 100 per person. The deadline of registration is on 21st November 2014.
