The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) launched the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) on 5th February 2013, as an alternative business vehicle. LLP is a new form of business vehicle that would complement the traditional options of carrying on a business either by way of sole proprietorships, partnership or companies.
LLP provides the protection of limited liability for its partners and flexibility of the partnership arrangement for the internal management of its business.
In this regard, the Legal Committee of KLSCCCI will organize a briefing on "Limited Liability Partnership". Details are as follows:
