‘PROGRAM DIGITALISASI URUS TADBIR TENAGA KERJA’ (PRODUTK) FOR SMEs IN SELANGOR, AN INITIATIVE BY THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF SELANGOR AND TIMETEC GROUP

 

Reference is made to the above.

 

2. TimeTec Cloud Sdn Bhd is a solution provider for  “Program Digitalisasi Urus Tadbir Tenaga Kerja” (PRODUTK) which is carried out from 1 October until 31 December 2020. This Programme is an initiative by the State Government to encourage small and medium enterprises (SMEs) located in Selangor to adopt digitalisation of workforce management. Through this Programme, companies will be able to subscribe to a comprehensive workforce management system for free for three (3) months from the date of subscription.

 

3. The workforce management system, TimeTec TA, will include features such as attendance recording and monitoring with GPS via web and mobile application, work schedule, contact traceability, mileage claim calculation, and reporting and analytics for improved productivity.

 

 

4. For PRODUTK, all SMEs are offered TimeTec TA Smart Attendance full-featured unlimited licenses inclusive of the web portal and the app available for download on Google Play and Play Store. 

 

5. We are offering Zoom sessions for KCCCI members to get to know more about TimeTec TA. The demo sessions are available on 17 November 2020 (Tuesday), 19 November 2020 (Thursday) and 25 November 2020 (Wednesday) from 1030 am to 1130 am.
