马来西亚中华总商会会长丹斯里卢成全呼吁团结政府，在目前取得稳定执政时机，理应果敢作出决策，尤其对制度进行改革，好让我国经济重返正轨。
他说，最近令吉走势相对稳定，而且人们不再担忧团结政府是否会倒台，反观，更着重谈论团结政府会否在来届大选连任一事。
“有鉴于此，团结政府应在稳定局势中，果敢做出改革，以争取在未来3年举办的全国大选中，继续取得人民的支持。”
卢成全于日前出席雪兰莪滨海中华总商会成立25周年纪念晚宴时，这么指出。
令吉稳定升值
卢成全表示，过去一周有2个比较“热门”话题，一是令吉稳定升值，二是中东局势再升级。
他说，之前令吉兑美元跌至4令吉70仙以上，如今回到4令吉49仙左右水平，相信这与政局开始稳定有关。
“此外，哈马斯领袖遭暗杀案件也牵动中东和国际局势，可能进一步影响船运和进出口活动，为此，大家务必做好局势随时变糟糕的准备，包括战争可能进一步扩大。”
他也提醒，现在是国际自由贸易市场，大家都面对很多的竞争，若不“攻出”海外市场拓展业务，海外投资者也会“进攻”抢滩本地市场。
“为此，大家应该善用科技，积极开拓各个市场的潜能，将国际性和地缘性政治的影响降到最低点。”
出席者包括班达马兰州议员梁德志、哥打肯文宁州议员巴拉卡斯、巴生港口州议员阿兹米占、圣淘沙州议员古纳拉兹、雪州滨海中总顾问梁家兴、署理总会长兼筹委会主席拿督陈际春、副总会长拿督刘万晟、李振兴、陈俊才及黄和鸣等。
雪滨海中总成立初衷不变
雪州滨海中总会长拿督陈杰辉指出，该会成立初衷不变，一直积极促进雪州滨海区中华工商会之间的联谊与合作，同时积极推动各属会之间的沟通，尤其透过举办各种活动，刺激滨海地区的经济发展。
“本会于1999年9月15日成立，并由巴生中总、瓜拉冷岳中华商会、瓜拉雪兰莪暨沙白安南县中华商会、巴生港口中华商会、雪邦中华商会、雪州直落昂厂商公会及大马批发商总会所组成。”
他说，该会一向积极在工商界与政府之间扮演沟通桥梁的角色，维护会员的合法权益。
“此外，我们也不时组织与政府或相关部门的对话，帮助中小企业申请政府补助金、与雪州人力资源发展中心签署合作备忘录、提升中小企业员工竞争力、邀请会员商家参与国际贸易展览等，积极向海外推广本地产品和服务。”
他指出，顺应时代变迁，该会还成立马中经贸组、法律组、国际贸易／东协事务组、旅游组、农业工业组及青年组等，旨在更好地为会员与商户谋福利。

本次调查将提供平台给中总，作为收集相关意见和回馈以提呈给政府。同时，也为马来西亚工商界以及国内外投资者作为他们投资计划的主要参考资料。

ACCCIM M-BECS FOR FIRST HALF-YEAR OF 2024 AND PROSPECTS FOR THE SECOND HALF-YEAR OF 2024
ACCCIM and ACCCIM’s Socio-Economic Research Centre (SERC) are jointly conducting a survey on Malaysia’s business and economic conditions in the first half-year of 2024 and prospects for the second half-year of 2024 and beyond.
The survey would provide a platform for ACCCIM to gather relevant views and inputs for submission to the Government. It also serves as a key source of reference for the Malaysian business community, domestic and foreign investors in assisting their investment plan in Malaysia.
Both ACCCIM and SERC will compile and analyze the survey results. The completed survey report will be published and announce officially
