主旨：‌僑委會辦理「2018年僑務委員會投資臺灣醫療產業僑 臺商邀訪團」，請協助遴薦人選參加，請 查照。

 

‌說明：‌

 

一、 配合政府投資臺灣政策及五加二產業創新計劃， 建立海外僑臺商與臺灣醫療產業交流平臺， 增進僑臺商對臺灣醫療產業現況、優勢及技術之瞭解， 帶動投資及產業發展，協助臺灣醫療產業拓展國際，謀求雙贏商機， 僑委會特訂於本(2018)年11月26日(星期一)至11月3 0日(星期五)舉辦旨揭邀訪團活動。

 

(一) 活動內容：含拜會臺灣醫療事務主管機關、參訪至少4家臺灣績優並 有意與海外合作之醫療產業相關企業及至少2家醫療機構，並辦理1 場「投資臺灣醫療產業商洽會」，安排參觀「2018臺灣醫療科技 展」等。

 

(二) 遴薦對象： 具有投資實力並有意投資臺灣醫療相關產業之海外僑臺商或從事醫療 產業者，能協助臺灣醫療相關產業拓銷至海外市場者(同一公司及同 一家庭以1人為限)。

 

(三) 接待方式：

 

１、 參加團員自行負擔往返機票及相關交通費用。

 

２、 僑委會負擔團員活動期間膳食、住宿、團體交通、參訪及保險(每人 投保5天新臺幣200萬元之旅遊平安險附加10%意外醫療險)等 費用。

 

３、 活動期間住宿2人1房(2床單人床， 可依參加者需求自付差額代訂單人房)如需提前進住或延後退房， 應事先提出申請，並視住宿飯店住房情形另行安排， 相關費用由團員自理。

 

(四) 請於9月21日前將遴薦表送本處轉僑委會辦理； 另請於僑委會函覆核錄情形後，再訂購機票。檢附預定日程表(草案 )及遴薦表各乙份(如附件)。

中总筹组采购团赴中国上海参加首届中国国际进口博览会

ACCCIM BUYER DELEGATION IN PARTICIPATION OF THE 1ST CHINA INTERNATIONAL IMPORT EXPO, SHANGHAI, CHINA

 

马来西亚中华总商会（中总）总会长丹斯里拿督戴良业将于2018年11月4日至7日，率领采购团赴中国上海参加首届中国国际进口博览会。

 

2017 年 5 月，中国国家主席习近平在 “一带一路” 国际合作高峰论坛上宣布，中国将从 2018 年起举办中国国际进口博览会。举办中国国际进口博览会是中国政府坚定支持贸易自由化和经济全球化、主动向世界开放市场的重大举措，有利于促进世界各国加强经贸交流合作， 促进全球贸易和世界经济增长，推动开放型世界经济发展。

 

由中华人民共和国商务部及上海市人民政府联合主办；世界贸易组织、联合国贸易和发展会议及联合国工发组织等国际组织为合作单位的首届中国国际进口博览会，将于2018年11月5日至10日，在国家会展中心（上海）盛大举行。博览会展区包括国家展、消费电子及家电展区、服装服饰及日用消费品展区、汽车展区、智能及高端装备展区、食品及农产品展区、医疗器械及医药保健展区及服务贸易展区。

 

为了协助马来西亚商家掌握商机，中总获中国国际进口博览局正式委任为在马来西亚的境外邀请服务提供机构之一。中总将于7.2号厅 （食品及农产品展区） 设立中总馆（马来西亚），设置30个展位，共28家马来西亚企业参展。中总也筹组采购团鼓励本地商家参观中国国际进口博览会。

 

谨此诚邀中总负责人、基本会员及团体会员商家踊跃报名参加上述采购团。航班及上海酒店住宿的预订，采购商可自行安排，或通过中总秘书处协助预订，机票及酒店价格按航空公司及酒店最后价格为准。采购商也请自行负责当地的交通安排。

 

中总将协助采购商办理参观证、出版中总采购团手册以及邀请采购商出席中总欢迎晚宴，中总将征收RM 500，以支付上述费用。

We are pleased to inform that Tan Sri Datuk Ter Leong Yap, President of ACCCIM will be leading a buyer delegation to Shanghai, China from 4th to 7th November 2018 in participation of the 1st China International Import Expo (CIIE).

 

In May 2017, H.E. Mr. Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China announced at the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation that with effect from 2018, China will be organising China International Import Expo (CIIE). It is a significant move for the China Government to hold CIIE with a view of firmly supporting trade liberalization, economic globalization as well as actively opening the market to the world. It will facilitate countries all around the world to strengthen economic and trade cooperation, to promote global trade and economic growth in order to advance the development of an open world economy.

 

Jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, partnered with World Trade Organization, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the 1st CIIE will be held from 5th to 10th November 2018 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The exhibition areas included Country Pavilion for Trade & Investment, Consumer Electronics & Appliances, Apparel, Accessories & Consumer Goods, Automobiles, High-end Intelligent Equipment, Food & Agricultural Products, Medical Equipment & Health Care Products, and Trade & Services.

 

In order to assist Malaysian businesses in maximizing the business opportunities offered by participating at the CIIE, we are happy to inform that the ACCCIM has been officially selected by the CIIE Bureau as one of the Outbound Exhibition Invitation Service Providers in Malaysia. We will be setting up an ACCCIM Pavilion (Malaysia) with 30 booths at Hall 7.2 (Food & Agricultural) consisting of 28 Malaysian companies. A buyers’ delegation will also be organised to encourage local businesses to visit CIIE.

 

ACCCIM Office Bearers, Members of Constituent Members and Associate Members are encouraged to participate in this buyers’ delegation. Delegates may make your own flights and hotel accommodation reservation, or booking can be made via ACCCIM Secretariat. Air tickets and room charges are subject to final prices charged by airlines and hotel. Delegates are requested to make your own local transportation as well.

 

ACCCIM will assist delegates to apply visitor pass, publish ACCCIM Delegation Handbook, and organise an ACCCIM Welcoming Dinner. A fee of RM 500 will be imposed by ACCCIM to cover the above expenses.
