SME Corporation Malaysia 4th Quarter 2012 SMEs Survey

SME Corp. Malaysia is conducting a SME Survey on Fourth Quarter of 2012 to assess performance of Malaysian SMEs.  Attached below are two sets of fourth quarter 2012 SMEs survey (English and Bahasa Malaysia) but only one set is required.

Please submit the survey form as soon as you can to SME Corp. Malaysia. The deadline to receive the survey is on Tuesday, 5th February 2013.
