Malaysia is a key trading and investment partner for South Africa in South East Asia.  South Africa’s total trade with Malaysia stood at MYR 5.3 billion in 2014, a 10% increase from trade levels in 2013.  2014 South Africa exports to Malaysia increased by 5% and were valued at MYR 2.3 billion.  Malaysia continues to actively move up the value chain by concentrating trade and investment in high end technology, biotechnology and services sectors.  Malaysia economies abound with opportunities for South Africa manufacturers in the agro-processing and services sectors.
 
This event is a great opportunity for your members to meet potential business partners, expand network and to build fruitful relationships with these contacts and their businesses.  We appreciate if you could disseminate the invitation to your members.

广东21世纪海上丝绸之路国际博览会”（以下简称：海博会）由中国国际贸易促进委员会广东省分会主办、广东外商投资企业协会、广东省侨商投资企业协会、广东省人民对外友好协会、广东省旅游协会、广东省文化产业促进会、广东省粤港澳合作促进会参与主办,于2015年10月29日至31日在东莞市厚街镇广东现代国际展览中心举行。有关单位邀请中总协助推广有关博览会，并邀请本地企业家前往参展及采购。
 
主办单位提供予中总会员的境外招商招展优惠政策如下：
A.   境外参展商
1.      提供展览场地、标准展位设施（不含特装搭建）；
2.      为境外参展商（企业注册地非中国大陆）提供每家企业2房3晚免费住宿，住房由组委会秘书处统一提供。
3.      为乙方组织的境外参展商统一提供机场、酒店至展馆免费交通服务
备注：展位有限，先到先得
 
B.   境外采购商
1.      为组织的境外采购商（企业注册地非中国大陆）每人免费提供2晚酒店客房住宿，住房由组委会秘书处统一提供。
2.      为采购商统一提供机场、酒店至展馆免费交通服务。
境外采购商报名截止：2015年9月25日
 
中总秘书处将征收每家参会企业RM500行政费。若采购商及参展商总人数达30人或以上，中总将筹组代表团赴中国东莞参加海博会；若人数不足30人，中总仅负责协助会员报名及联系主办单位等事宜。
