1.  由印尼中华总商会主办，并获得印尼政府全力支持的第13届世界华商大会，将于2015年9月25日至28日，于印尼巴厘岛努沙杜瓦会展中心盛大举行。大会以“融聚华商·共赢在印尼”为主题。

 

应第十三届世界华商大会筹委会的邀请，中总将组团参加第13届世界华商大会。

中总中央理事会通过成立国际展会领导团队，旨在凝汇工商界的资源和力量，辅助政府促进工商界发展和外国直接投资，推进马来西亚-中国，以及马来西亚-东盟的经贸合作与投资活动，同时协助大马商家促销产品和服务到海外市场，将大马品牌引进国际市场。

 

中总今年已经确定参加中国举行的两场国际展会，并设立中总馆（马来西亚），为大马企业提供多一个国际投资平台和机会。

投洽会简介

 

中国国际投资贸易洽谈会（简称“投洽会”）经中华人民共和国国务院批准，于每年9月8日至11日在中国厦门举办。投洽会是中国目前唯一以促进双向投资为目的的国际投资促进活动。投洽会不仅全面展示和介绍中国及中国大陆各省、的投资环境、投资政策、招商项目和企业产品，同时也吸引海外国家和地区的投资促进机构纷纷前来参展并举办投资说明会、推介会。参加投洽会的境内外客商可以花最少的时间和精力全面考察中国各地和其他国家和地区的投资环境，从最直接的渠道获取最新的投资政策和投资资讯，在最广泛的范围内选择最合适的投资项目和投资合作伙伴。

广交会简介

 

中国进出口商品交易会，又称广交会，创办于1957年春季，每年春秋两季在广州举办，迄今已有58年历史，是中国目前历史最长、层次最高、规模最大、信誉最佳的综合性国际贸易盛会。广交会吸引了资信良好、实力雄厚的两万四千多家中国公司以及五百多家境外公司参展。广交会以进出口贸易为主，贸易方式灵活多样，除传统的看样成交外，还举办网上交易会，开展多种形式的经济技术合作与交流，以及商检、保险、运输、广告、咨询等业务活动。

 

符合条件的中小企业，可向马来西亚外贸促进局申请市场开发援助金（MDG），获批准者其团费可获得回扣，视乎可供申请援助金而定。

The ACCCIM National Council has established an ACCCIM International Expo Team with the objective to gather the resources and strength of private sector; to complement  the Government effort in promoting business development and encourage the inflow of foreign direct investment (FDI); to accelerate trade, economic and investment cooperation between Malaysia and China, and Malaysia and ASEAN countries; as well as to assist Malaysian businesses to promote products and services to overseas markets, and to promote Malaysia brands and products internationally. 

 

This year, ACCCIM will set up ACCCIM Pavilion (Malaysia) at the following two international exhibitions to be held in China so as to provide platform and opportunity for Malaysian companies to export their products and services internationally.

Brief Introduction of CIFIT

The China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, takes place in September every year in Xiamen, China. CIFIT is currently China's only international investment promotion event aimed at facilitating bilateral investment. CIFIT offers optimum opportunity for business people at home and abroad to get an overview on the investment climates in China and other countries. It also provides them with the one-stop shopping service for multilateral investment cooperation, helping them to select from the widest range of investment projects and business partners.

Brief Introduction of Canton Fair

China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is held biannually in Guangzhou every spring and autumn, with a history of 58 years since 1957. The Fair is a comprehensive one with the longest history, the highest level, the largest scale, and the greatest business turnover in China.

 

Canton Fair attracts more than 24,000 China's best foreign trade companies with good credibility and sound financial capabilities, and 500 overseas companies to participate in the Fair. Canton Fair is a platform for import and export mainly, with various and flexible patterns of trade. Beside traditional way of negotiating against samples, the Fair holds Canton Fair Online. Various types of business activities such as economic and technical cooperation’s and exchanges, commodity inspection, insurance, transportation, advertising, consultation, etc, are also carried out in flexible ways.

 

Eligible companies are entitled to claim their expenses for participating in the exhibition under Market Development Grant (MDG) from MATRADE, subject to the availability of fund.

中总和中国银行将于2015年6月29日（星期一）假马来西亚雪兰莪万达镇世界酒店 (One World Hotel, Selangor, Malaysia) 联办马中“一带一路”经济大会，协助来自马来西亚、中国和东南亚国家的企业家，安排企业对接会，共同开拓商机。

 

上午时段的马中“一带一路”经济大会主宾是马来西亚国际贸易及工业部长拿督斯里慕斯达法，演讲贵宾包括中华人民共和国驻马来西亚大使黄惠康阁下。马来西亚国际贸易及工业部长在发表主题演讲后将与出席者举行对话会，亲自讲解马来西亚的投资和经贸机会。出席经济大会和午餐无需缴付任何费用。

 

中午至下午时段的企业对接会，是促进企业及投资交流与合作的最佳平台。中总与中国银行将利用双方在中国及东南亚国家现有的合作网络，宣传及鼓励华商和投资者到马来西亚，并与大马各族企业安排企业对接。企业对接重点领域包括：服装服饰、食品工业、橡胶及原产业产品、木材及家具业、电子电器业、以及建筑材料。出席企业对接会和交流晚宴，主办单位将向每名参加者征收RM500（已含消费税）的费用。

 

中总这次与中国银行合作，主要是因为中国银行是中国国际化和多元化程度最高的银行，在中国内地、香港、澳门、台湾及37个国家都设有分行，拥有很强大的客户和网络资源，中国银行北京总行非常重视这项活动，安排到来马来西亚参会的中国企业，是来自中国各主要省份，明确表示有意愿“走出去”，到海外投资的中小企业。对接成功的企业，中国银行也可根据要求提供融资配套及其他金融服务，为企业扩张业务提供最大的便利。

 

由于中国银行急需马来西亚参加者的企业资料，以安排与中国的企业进行对接，同时中国参加者也需要提前申请和处理来马的签证。因此，敬请中总负责人和属会会员商家，于2015年5月15日前，将填妥的企业对接表格传至中总秘书处，以利主办方根据参加者的投资意愿进行对接，加强企业对接的效益。

ACCCIM and Bank of China are jointly organising the “One Belt One Road” Malaysia-China Economic Conference on 29th June 2015 (Monday) at the One World Hotel, Selangor, and to arrange Business Matching session for enterprises from Malaysia, China and Southeast Asian countries to meet and explore business opportunities.

 

The Guest of Honour for the morning session “One Belt One Road” Malaysia-China Economic Conference is Y.B. Dato’ Sri Mustapa bin Mohamed, Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI) Malaysia. H.E. Dr. Huang Huikang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia will also deliver a speech. Y.B. Minister of MITI will have a dialogue session with participants to personally explain the investment, trade and economic opportunities in Malaysia. Participation to Economic Conference and lunch is free of charge.

 

The Business Matching session that held from noon till afternoon is an effective platform to facilitate business and investment interaction and cooperation.  ACCCIM and BOC will use our extensive networks in China and Southeast Asian countries to promote and encourage Chinese businesses and investors to come to Malaysia, and match-make them with local businesses irrespective of races. The focus sectors for business matching are Fashion and Apparel, Food Industry, Rubber and Agro Products, Timber and Furniture, Electrical and Electronic, and Building Materials. A nominal fee of RM500 (inclusive of GST) per person will be imposed on participants attending the business matching and interaction dinner.

 

As China's most international and diversified bank, Bank of China provides a comprehensive range of financial services to customers across the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and 37 countries. The customers’ network of Bank of China is very extensive. Bank of China Beijing’s Headquarter is attach great importance to this event, and will assist to arrange China SMEs businesses from major provinces in China that have the intention to “Going Global” and invest in other countries to come to Malaysia. Upon successful completion of business matching, Bank of China may provide financial packages or other financial services to businesses according to their needs, in order to provide a greater convenience to businesses in expanding their businesses.

 

In order to facilitate arrangement for Business Matching, Bank of China urgently required the information of Malaysian enterprises that are interested to participate at the matchmaking, and at the same time, China businesses would need to apply travelling visa in advanced. In this connection, we hereby seek the co-operation of ACCCIM office bearers and members of Constituent Chambers to return the duly completed Business Matching Registration Form to the ACCCIM secretariat before 15th May 2015.
