SME Corporation Malaysia is currently formulating Malaysia's very own National Small and Medium Enterprises Act (NSME Act) with the purpose of not only assisting the SMEs in Malaysia but also to encourage Malaysians to embark into the industry that will eventually contribute to the Nation's GDP. We are now identifying areas of interest to be included as part of the draft Act and herewith conducting a survey to identify the needs and problems faced by the SMEs that can be addressed through the implementation of the Act.
We kindly seek you and your members co-operation to participate in the survey by providing your feedback and views to allow us to proceed further and to ensure that the NSME Act will boost the development of the industry to a whole new level.
Please feel free to include any additional comments wherever you deem necessary or relevant issues that should be raised in the Act. We would appreciate if you could submit to us the completed survey before on 2 May 2014 (Friday).

台湾侨务委员会“2014年第一期网路店面行销实务班”
Taiwan Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission’s Entrepreneurship Programme on e-Commerce
台湾侨务委员将于2014年6月16日至27日举办上述制作班，以协助海外华商掌握经营环境变迁及电子商务发展之契机，及运用网路行销策略与经验管理实务。
有意参加者年龄必须在20岁至65岁之间，通晓中文并熟悉网路环境，有意创业或提升现有业务者。每间公司或每个家庭限定一人。
侨委会将承担参加者在台活动期间的午餐、课程教材、师资及场地费等。参加者须自行承担往返台湾交通费、膳宿费、书籍等其他个人费用。

台湾侨务委员将于2014年7月7日至18日举办上述研习会，以辅导海外华商经济事业发展，加强企业经营管理者之联系，增进华商了解未来国际经验趋势、与台湾绩优经验产业拓展新兴市场行销策略以提升整体竞争力。
有意参加者年龄必须在25岁至60之间，通晓中文，现任企业中高阶主管、接班人或专业经理人，具备3年以上管理工作经验。每间公司或每个家庭限定一人。
侨委会将承担参加者在台活动期间的活动规划费、行政管理费、讲师费、膳食（自由活动日除外）、团体交通费、保险费等。参加者须自行承担往返台湾交通费、住宿费及其他个人费用。

Taiwan Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission (OCAC) will be organising the 2014 Entrepreneurship Programme on Management from 7th to 18th July 2014 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Participants should be those in middle management, manager, or successor of a company with at least 3 years managerial experience, aged between 25-60 years old and well versed in Mandarin. Only 1 participant from each family or each company will be acceptable.
OCAC will pay for meals (except for 13th July 2014), courses fee, administrative fee, transportation during the mission and insurance. Participants need to pay for their return air fare to Taiwan, accommodation and other own expenses.
Please refer to attachment for details, itinerary and registration form.
Interested members are kindly requested to return the duly completed registration form to ACCCIM Secretariat before 25th April 2014 to facilitate arrangement. Late submissions or incomplete information will not be entertained.
